    hi 

    I have a client with cloud campaigns integrated with Salesforce and I would like to ask if a campaign created in the cloud can be made to appear in Salesforce and how it could be done.
    From what I see in the documentation, I always have to first create a campaign in Salesforce and then synchronize it in the cloud, but I would like to know if it can be done exactly the other way around, that is, first create the campaigns and contact lists in the cloud and have them automatically appear in Salesforce with all the configuration done in the cloud

    Hello Ana, 

    Our documentation is correct, its a one-way sync from Salesforce to Genesys Cloud. At this time its not a two way. 

    I would make the proposal in our ideas lab for this feature to be added.

    Let me get you straight.  You want to create a campaign and contact list in Genesys and then sync that to a marketing or lead campaign in Salesforce?  Seems easy enough with a few API's.  Not sure the use of the exercise since you can either export the list to a lead list in Salesforce or have it write contact information into Salesforce as the list is dialed in Genesys.  

    Like Cameron said, most people have their leads in Salesforce and want to populate a list in Genesys for dialing.  Seems like you are trying to use Genesys as a CRM and store data in Salesforce.
