Hi,
How can we pass information selected by caller via IVR menu choice into Salesforce CTI? For example, if the IVR menu says: please select the product you are calling about with choices 1, 2 for Product A and Product B, and if the caller selected 1 as the option, then we want the agent to know that was the choice made by the caller.
