Is there a way to identify how many times a PureCloud Salesforce Data Action times out?
We moved a large customer to PureCloud with Salesforce Integration. The ANI Match and other custom Salesforce Data Actions we put together are working and Salesforce screen pops based on the SF_SearchValue action are working most of the time. However we are seeing a number of inbound calls with failed screen pops. I've got attributes set in the call flow to identify whether the Salesforce Data Action to Match and ANI was a "success", "failure", or "timeout". I can see those attributes on individual calls in the API Explorer Get Conversation tool.
But we want to see some analytics of how many of these Data Actions are timing out with the Salesforce query. Is there an easy way to do this?
I assume we could write a custom report using the PureCloud API somehow, but don't think we have the time or resources for that.
Or if that can't be done, are there any suggestions on the Salesforce side? I'm no Salesforce expert, but I see in the Data Action the Request URL Template. Can I ask the customer Salesforce engineer to run a report on how many times that Request URL was queried and the success ratio? Is such a thing possible in Salesforce?
