Installed and configured a connection to a SF sandbox to sync KB articles using the new SF Knowledge Connector from the Integrations list. I know the auth is good since the list of categories show up while creating the Knowledge 3rd Party Source. No matter what I try the status shows "Sync Failed" but the single export activity says "Completed". The details says there are no articles for export and the JSON file is pretty much blank - no details. One time I got a "Sync" activity type to show up but no clue how and still nothing actually happened.
I've verified that both SF and the GC KB are using the same language setting from a previous post. I have also given my SF integration user every permission having to do with Knowledge that I can think of. Is there a way to see a more detailed error message or to know what exact permissions my SF user needs to have?
