Hi,
I'm just setup a new Salesforce's org and integrate with Genesys Cloud by installing the Genesys Cloud for Salesforce managed package. I'm trying to change CTI Adapter URL. Normally, it will be shown under Call Center Detail but it is disappear. Anyone face this issue before?
Genesys Cloud for Salesforce managed package version is 4.11 (latest at the moment)
