    Hi

    Maybe some of you can explain me how could be possible that 3 different conversations (3 outbound attempts dialed) separeted only for a few miliseconds could share the same sessionId...

     

    this is correct?

    I'm assuming this is from outbound dialer?

    Depending on the dialing algorithm, the system will batch up several outbound call requests into a single request, as a result we get the same session id. Session Ids are not always unique to a conversation id.
