    Hello All
Im wondering if anyone in the community has access to royalty free, sample recordings. I only need the raw recording samples in Opus, wav or other format.
I'm looking to inject them into my Genesys Cloud CX platform to run some analysis with respect to topic trends and sentiment.

The PureCloudNow org that I have access to does not provide good useable data and the recordings all seem to be the same recoding.
    Thanks in advance.

As you know, the wavefiles in the d:\i3\ic\resources folder on the CIC contains several files for MOH.  These are used for the random MOH when calls are put on hold.  It uses the Default one first and each hold after that uses a random selection of the other 7 files.   These all can be imported into Genesys Cloud.

For Queue MOH, you can specify a wavefile for use as an Audio Source.

In either case, these are just wavefiles on the system.  What some companies do is replace all 8 files with a single file so consistent messaging and music is always played.  The wavefiles are just normal files with a format of 8-bit, 8 kHz, Mono and can't be more than 5 GB.

As for content, you can use your own jukebox program like this one from NCH software:  https://www.nch.com.au/ims/index.html allow you to create your own MOH files that include music and marketing messages mixed together.

If you want a company to do these files for you, here are some I have suggested in the past:

There are several other companies out there that will create custom messages with professional talent and royalty free music.

That brings us to the last point.  With MOH, the FCC restricts any rebroadcast of radio outside of their broadcast area, including through phone systems and the federal laws around copyright infringement require any MOH to use licensed or royalty free music.   Here are some sources for these files that can be downloaded and used with your system:

So, hope this answers your question or gives you direction.  Feel free to reach out to Rob or myself if you have any other questions.
