  • 1.  Save non-E.164 numbers for External Contacts

    Hello,

    I was trying to test the new feature regarding External Contacts, which is saving a non-E.164 number to a phone field but I am getting an error "the country code is not valid". (knowing that the number I am trying to add to external contact is a 7-length digit short number)


    Today's Release Notes : Can I add a non-E.164 number to a phone field for an External Contact? - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    Any ideas ?

    This is only valid for the "Other" telephony field.
