We're excited to share an enhancement to the Content Search feature in Genesys Cloud that improves how users save and reference interaction data!
What's new?
Administrators can now save a static list of interactions for a specific date range-directly from the Interaction List view or Content Search view. This means you can lock in a specific set of results based on a custom date range, and return to that same list any time without it changing.
Previously, saved views were dynamic, automatically updating based on the selected time period (like "last 7 days" or "this month"). While this flexibility remains, we've added the ability to preserve a fixed list of interactions, making it easier to:
• Audit or review a consistent set of interactions over time
• Share lists for team follow-ups or QA purposes
• Save filtered searches based on multiple conversation IDs
• Track interactions tied to specific campaigns, events, or escalations
✨ Whether you need dynamic updates or a static snapshot, the updated Save functionality adapts to your workflow.
