  • 1.  Save the UI Set Up

    Good morning UI team,

     I'm reaching out because I've encountered a bit of a puzzle that I haven't been able to resolve through our documentation or the videos available. I have a question and would really appreciate your insights.

    When an agent selects the multipaneled workspace screen set that works best for them, are they able to save the configuration? And if they do save it, will it revert back to the saved version when any updates are rolled out? Our users have noticed that their updated selections for phone settings always revert back to the default settings whenever there's an update.

    We appreciate the feedback.  This should not occur. When you have a moment can you reach out to the support staff and have them log a ticket so we may troubleshoot this issue.

    That is wonderful news! It sounds like the UI can be saved successfully and will remain intact until the agent decides to make any changes. 

    I will open a ticket regarding the phone settings.  Thank you for the quick response.

    Three things that might cause this that I can think of:

    1. Browser is not saving any based on security settings like being in incognito mode.  
    2. Users have Roaming Windows Profiles and are not saved on logout
    3. User environments in a virtual system (Citrix/VMWare/Windows365) are not being saved

    Are any of these in play here?
