We can make that work, but was hoping to keep the customer from having to go to the interactions section.... But they'll be in there anyway.
You can also schedule the vm for a callback, but then you can't modify the callback after you save it.

If you look at the interactions with the ACD voicemail, there are 2 separate recordings and one of it is the voicemail. If I remember correct, the voicemail recording within the interactions is in black background.
