    I'm looking for some docs, URLs explaining how to interconnect a PureCloud Edge V3 to SBC AudioCodes.

    Could anyone help please !

    Create an External Trunk that has the IP address of the SBC for its Proxy setting.

    Make sure the proper ports and services can communicate through the SBC:

    do you have some documentation, more than external Trunk, on how to configure the Audiocodes SBC?
    I mean about the SBC configuration to be done and all the parameters to be set

    No, we don't document how to configure 3rd party equipment and systems.

    Thank you but this is only partially true =) at least in Genesys Engage world.
    Here you can find document provided by Genesys that explain how to connect Genesys SIP Server with Audiocodes. Also in case of Alcatel, you can find a lot of documents from Genesys that explain how to configure Alcatel...

    I found this thread again when searching for the topic...it occurs to me that it only makes sense we'd have a lot of Alcatel configuration docs since they owned Genesys for a number of years
