    Is there a way for an agent to schedule a voice callback from an email interaction with a customer?

    Hi David, 

    A time ago I needed it... I used an outbound campaign through the Script for callback, if necessary you can use API outbound too.

    I agree with Breno that a script button to run a data action to do this will be your best solution.

    We've implemented this using https://appfoundry.genesys.com/filter/genesyscloud/listing/59c44a27-fb86-4806-8640-18a99c7f544f because it has a more robust rules engine and ability for more control.
