    Hello,

    Is there a way to create a schedule to automatically log out a set of agents at a specific time every day? 
    example: 10:00pm every night. Log out the following agents...

    This is currently not available.

    There is a new feature coming soon, but this is to auto-logout inactive users.

    What's important to note in the link Paulo sent through is that if you use SCIM integration or other integrations that rely on OAuth long-expiring tokens, this new feature will "break" that integration if you enable it.  You'll end up needing some separate automated process to continually generate new tokens to add into Azure etc.

    Hi Fay,

    It's been some time since your original post.  

    Not sure if this is still relevant, but I just want to add some additional information:

    Out of the box we do not offer ability to schedule agent logout at a specific time.

    1) Our standard option is ability to logout agents based on inactivity timeout. It is a global configuration.

    How to configure it is documented in our Resource Center:

    2) It is also possible to create a custom script that would be able to use our Platform API to logout agents on schedule.

    Option 1 - custom application could be running outside of Genesys Cloud
    Option 2 - custom logic in a form of Architect Workflow that is triggered by Always Running campaign that is executed on schedule - inside Genesys Cloud

    Option 2 is based on the following API request:
    https://developer.genesys.cloud/authorization/oauth-apis/tokens-apis#delete-api-v2-tokens--userId-

    You can try if it works in your environment.

    @Maxim Tsvetov Option 2 is not feasible since we have agents having to stay longer for one reason and another then the API will kick them out of the system. If only Genesys can Option 1 works that would be great.

    Option 2 is basically full custom, so you can have different schedules for different groups...
