  • 1.  Schedule bidding and schedule preference

    Hello, 

    I am looking to offer alternate shift options for our agents on a rotating basis instead of a 3–4-month timeframe.  At this time, our shift bids are very manual, having an option in GC along with the option to do them more often would be beneficial. Reviewing the blogs, I see that Pure Engage offered this as an option. Is this something that you are in the process of bringing back?

    Hi Hiedi, 

    we are currently designing shift bidding-like functionality for Genesys Cloud WFM, with the view of having a beta release towards the end of the year and a general release in early 2024.

    Our take will be slightly different to traditional bidding processes as employees will bid on their preferred Work Plan and not the resulting schedule/shift pattern.
