it is very simple , please follow below steps
- Routing
- Scheduling
- Schedules , creates schedules , example : one for work hours 8 Am to 5 PM , another one for non work hour 5 pm to 8 am all days ,
- Create Schedule Group , [ Workhours ] open hours = workhours and closed = nonwork hour
- go to your callflow , you can add evaluate schedule group from logical
