    Hello,

    We are considering using an API tool for our attendance needs. However, we are unsure of the retention period for schedules.

    How long are schedules retained for access in Genesys Cloud?

    We are needing at least 7 years of retention for compliance, and need to know how long these schedules are available for us to review.

    Genesys Cloud Workforce Management doesn't automatically delete schedule data.

    Thank you for the information. I want to make sure I understand since this will put us out of compliance if its not correct. Unless our admin has changed a setting to delete schedule data then Genesys Cloud does not delete or otherwise purge the schedule data? This information is retained indefinitely.
