Thank you for the information. I want to make sure I understand since this will put us out of compliance if its not correct. Unless our admin has changed a setting to delete schedule data then Genesys Cloud does not delete or otherwise purge the schedule data? This information is retained indefinitely.

How long are schedules retained for access in Genesys Cloud?
We are needing at least 7 years of retention for compliance, and need to know how long these schedules are available for us to review.
