Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

We have a products Data Table which gets updated weekly with new products. Currently we manually load new products in Data Table which is used by Architect Inbound flows. We want to automate this append/update task.  The products list is available via SalesForce API. Since Genesys does not have this append/update functionality natively; I am thinking that this can only be done via AWS lambda and Event Bridge. Has anyone out there done something familiar?

If you are trying to have the data table updated once a week then yes I think a scheduled event in AWS that calls a lambda to pull the data from Salesforce and then push it to Genesys is probably your best bet. I'm not aware of any systems setup for Genesys that would allow you to have Genesys pull the data in on its own.
