    Hey all,

    Quick question, which I could not find any information about online. Is it possible to isolate the scheduled callbacks PER agent? The only option PureCloud currently provides is seeing ALL of my teams scheduled callbacks, but it can be very confusing for individual reps to know what callbacks they have scheduled on said day. 

    Any help would be awesome.

    I know there was mention on campaigns that teams could have their own campaigns and see their own calls,  but i am not sure if this is active yet, maybe if someone from Genesys could clarify?
