Hi everyone
Attempting to resolve an issue with a few agents who are unable to save the date for a scheduled callbacks as it keeps reverting to today's date.
The agent opts to save the date/time but cosmetically it changes back to the current date.
Its only when a supervisor looks at the scheduled callbacks view is it determined to be set to the correct time/date - agent received status 403,404 and 405 in the UI console log. Even after refreshing several times.
Begin Call function from preview callback is also failing to dial for agents.
