  • 1.  Scheduled Exports Not Exporting on Day Specified

    Hi, 

    We're having a recurring problem with our scheduled exports. For some reason, we're getting all of our monthly reports sent through on the 2nd day of the month, every month. The configuration of the export is set to be monthly on day 1, however every month its always coming in on day 2. 

    Here's a snippet from our Scheduled Exports window showing an example:

    Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

    Hello Ryan,

    Are all of your reports (not just the monthly reports) running a day later? If so, you may need to open a case with Product Support so that they can investigate what is happening on the back end. If you do open a case, please let me know what your case number is. I would love to see what the Product Support team finds.
