    Is there a way in Genesys Cloud to schedule a callback as an SMS and not as an outbound call? Essentially schedule a text that an agent would receive as a callback vs. an outbound dialing list.

    Has anyone implemented this in their org? Thanks for any thoughts on this!

    If you don't want to use campaigns and you don't need it scheduled, you could just use the API for an agentless campaign.  Otherwise, the campaign method would work, but you can't really schedule those as well.
