    HI, when AL is applied the original shift information is applied (AL is applied as the while day)

    If this old shift data (hours that were orignally schedule) available elsewhere - accessable by API?

    Hi Mike,

    This is one of our many Bug bears with this system, other systems are smart enough to just over-write the shift, or generate an 8 hour shift of Annual Leave. that complies with the over-arching work-plan.

    But it seems this is beyond Genesys, and their only response is to tell you that no system can do this, yet our previous system could!!

    You can always go to the Shift History on each and every single day.
