    Hi Team,

    I want to retrieve the Scheduled Time Off details for specific Agent based on Agent User ID and Date Range. Which WFM API would will provide the accurate details.

    Hi Jeevan, 

    details of all Genesys Cloud APIs can be found at https://developer.genesys.cloud/
    There is the api-explorer that lists all of the APIs, this can be filtered by product/feature, and the forum should you have any questions about using the APIs.

    Hi Paul,

    I validated the API's but there no specific API to retrieve the Agents Schedule based on UserID only. Is there any roadmap item for this?

    Hi Jeevan, 

    while we review what APIs are available and how we can improve on them regularly, this specific use case is not currently planned.

    Could I ask that you create an idea for this, detailing your specific use case, in our ideas lab?
    how do I submit an enhancement request?

    We use the ideas submitted, comments and the number of votes to help prioritise new features and enhancement requests.

    Hi Jevan,

    There isn't a specific get Schedule by Agent ID, but this one if pretty close.
    https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-workforcemanagement-businessunits--businessUnitId--weeks--weekId--schedules--scheduleId--history-agents--agentId-

    You need the business unit id Guid, the schedule week start date, the schedule ID guid, and the agent id Guid. It returns all the data for the schedule and for how long that schedule was produced for 1 week - 6 weeks. You can parse the data once you have it for the time frame you are looking for.
