Education is excited to announce an update to the
Schedules for Agents course. This update reflects the new
Unavailable Times feature and helps agents better understand how their availability can influence scheduling outcomes.
A new section has been added to the Work With Schedule module explaining how agents can indicate specific times they are unavailable to work. It also explains that these inputs do not guarantee a schedule change, but do help reduce last-minute conflicts, improve coordination, and prevent out-of-adherence situations later.
