Certification and Training

The WEM - Schedules for Agents course has been completely reorganized and updated to now include the new on-queue opportunities feature. Within this course, agents will learn how to access and manage their schedule, customize schedule views, understand adherence notifications and exceptions, request schedule opportunities, and use scheduling tools to stay organized and meet their daily work commitments. In addition, they'll learn how to troubleshoot common schedule-related issues.
