If we have multiple management units (under the same Business unit ) and we want to Generate a schedule, are we able to publish just one managements unit at a time?  The options when Generating are initially Save and Publish. Say Management unit A needs meetings added but Management unit B does not and then Management Unit C needs training added. All of this Management units are being updated by different workforce management team members. Can each team member publish their unit or will it publish all of them once Publish is hit and not save?  I understand that after the initial publish it will allow only the edited agents to be published.

    Thank you in Advance!!

As long as the folks are not attempting to edit the same agent in the schedule, then it should be fine for the scenario you described. We have optimistic version control and will merge different sets of changes (e.g., change by person A and save, then a change by person B with save) - the granularity of this is at the agent level. 'publish all of them' would be only publishing the ones the team member changed.

Hi Wendy. As far as I know the system forces you to publish the entire BU (all MUs) at once for the initial publish. Afterwards you would only be re-publishing any agents who undergo a schedule change.

This has been a challenge for our workforce team as we have 4 schedulers working across one BU (building and publishing weekly). We've created a chatroom within cloud specifically for the schedulers to enable ongoing coordination of all schedule generation/publish events.
