    Anyone have Idea? or solution to get Easter / Good Friday reoccurring each year for Schedules within Genesys?

    Good Day Aaron

    The easiest option would be to create the schedule and select the "Yearly" repeat option.  This option will repeat the schedule day every year going forward.

    Unfortunately Good Friday is not always on the same date, meaning you would potentially need to open the schedule every year and just change the date to the correct date once confirmed.
