Thanks for the response. We go live in January and have been testing with agents. They receive a toast when they are scheduled to go On Queue but not when it's time for break/meal/etc. Any other suggestions?

It comes a toast just below the On Queue switch. If they don't catch it, they have to go into schedule to see what they are supposed to be in
