    I have a prospect looking to use Outlook to schedule agent into call queues up to a year in advance. 

    Does anyone if this is possible - and whether it can be achieved with an app integration to Outlook without a WFM package?

    Hello Paul,

    I was looking at some of the APIs in our API Explorer and I'm not sure if this is possible. If you would like to see this functionality in the platform, Genesys encourages you to register your request through the Product Ideas Lab. 

    To Access the Product Ideas Lab and add your idea:

    1. Sign in to the Genesys Knowledge Network.
    2. On the Product Ideas Lab section, click Browse and Submit Ideas.
    3. From the Product Ideas Lab, click Add a Product Idea.

    That's really helpful of you Jason - thanks. 

    I have access to the Product Ideas Lab, so I'll give that some consideration. Meanwhile I can at least feed back to the client on the original feasibility.
