Sorry to answer your question with another question, but why do you need the group IDs?
The SCIM interaction itself "communicates" with your Active Directory.
The same groups that are created in AD need to be created in Genesys (remember that it's case-sensitive, it has to be exactly the same).
On the Genesys side, the API you can use to retrieve the group ID is:: get /api/v2/groups (Get a group list)
