  • 1.  Scorecard not populating for just one agent

    Hello - 

    We have one agent that is not seeing his information populate in his scorecard, and we cannot figure out why. He has the same permissions as the other staff members. I've looked in the resources, but there's no troubleshooting. Can anyone help?

    Hello Amber,

    It sounds like you have checked that the roles and permissions match. Are the users all in the same division? A mismatch in division could cause differences with how the scorecard displays.
