    I recently switched from Windows to Mac and see that the Genesys Cloud Background Assistant (GCBA) is currently a Windows application.

    I'm curious what others are doing for screen capture on macOS environments. Is screen capture on a Mac currently supported, or are there any recommended workarounds? Also, is Genesys developing a native Mac version of GCBA?

    Hello Martin,

    Currently the Genesys Cloud Background Assistant is only available for Windows only. However, there is an idea that is listed as Future Consideration in the Product Ideas Lab. I would recommend voting and commenting on that idea!
