    Is there an ETA when screen capture technology will be available to use for web-based access and not just desktop access?

    We're also interested in this answer. We've had a much better user experience switching from the desktop app to the web app, but we had to forfeit screen capture.

    Hi Amber, Cory,

    We understand that there is a lot of interest on having screen recording to work without using the Genesys Cloud desktop app.  We are currently targeting beta for https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WEM-I-410 sometime in the second half of 2022.
