    Does anyone know why a screen recording may be showing as "flickering" when reviewing?

    Probably an issue you can take up with Genesys Care.  Do you know if this is a playback issue or a capture issue -- for example, does the flickering happen if you download the video and playing it back?  Or, when playing it back by another user & machine?

    I am experiencing the same issue. Based on my analysis, it's the recording issue, not playback. Per the discussion I had with one of the engineer, the individual told me I need to restart my windows service. That said, I am not able to locate any windows service required or used by the Genesys client application.
