Hello Everyone! 

First post here to say hello to this awesome community! 
Looking forward to get started on the Genesys PureCloud Platform. 

Quick question - not sure if this would qualify as an implementation or if it'll end up as an upvote for a feature request:

We've just implemented our Inbound Call Flow with Screenpop and was wondering if there was any way to have the screen pop in an iframe within the Genesys platform.

Hi Charles,

One method you could explore is using the Web Page Script Component. If the page you are embedding accepts query string parameters, you can use Scripter variables to pass data for your screen pop. Your web page will need to permit embedding by Genesys Cloud.
