PureCloud for Salesforce can only screen pop Salesforce objects that you listed in your softphone layout in Salesforce. For example, to screen pop a case, you would use the Salesforce ID of the case as the value for SF_SearchValue on the conversation. However, if you didn't list case as an object in your softphone layout in Salesforce, the integration couldn't screen pop to that case record.#Integrations------------------------------
