    I saw a great release today 8/5 that extends the ACW timeout capability to 60 minutes instead of being capped at 15 minutes. Will this also update the Screen Recording capabilities to 60 minutes in aftercall work as well? Right now, if an agent is in aftercall work, screen recording only captures 15 minutes.

    Hello @Kaybee Dorsey

    Screen recording remains capped at 15 minutes. 

    We are working on extending it up to 60 minutes so it will match the maximum time boxed ACW setting. The feature should be ready in early Q1, 2025.

    Thanks for that info. It looks like this is the Product Idea that is currently In Development that you were referencing.
