  • 1.  Screen Recording API Download

    Anyone know if there is a way to download screen recordings via the API? Issue is that the customer wants to keep the screen recordings, but the Policy for screen recordings will only maintain them for up to 365 days.

    Angie, I presume you are looking for a batch download rather than just the one-by-one download from the UI?

    I verified with Dev that /api/v2/recording/batchrequests downloads the screen recordings in batch. You do need at least the ConversationIDs, and the RecordingIDs if you want to narrow it down to specific recordings associated with a conversation (otherwise you get all recordings associated with each conversation).

    Hi George - 

    I am not able to get the recording when using above API. Its just showing as 200 Ok and giving an ID in return.

    Also is there an API which we can use to pass the interval and get all the recording from that interval ?
