  • 1.  Screen recording download stop after 7 seconds

    I downloaded a call and the video plays for about 7 seconds then the video freezes but the time bar keeps going like its playing. Not sure what to make of it.

    Is this issue only with the downloaded version, or does it also happen when you try to access this recording on the platform?
