  • 1.  Screen recording - GCBA not available in FedRAMP?

    I've downloaded, installed, rebooted, applied Chrome extension and now the default login screen appears.
    When I go into extension options and update the login link to FedRAMP, login screen goes blank - no login screen. I've verified browser using Genesys browser check and confirmed GCBA version using https://127.0.0.1:8191/version.

    The way FedRAMP works with Genesys is that they applied for the feature set they had at the time of the application.  GCBA was not out then.  Like AppFoundry apps, if an organization like yours wanted to use it, that is up to you - knowing that it was not part of the approved feature set.  @Daniel Ho Do you know of any problems with running GCBA in FedRAMP?  Any tricks to get it working?

    This sounds like a browser extension issue rather than GCBA issue.  Are you saying that the Chrome extension used to work for FedRAMP before GCBA is installed?
    Another way to isolate the problem is to see if you can screen record just with running Genesys Cloud web app in browser & GCBA.
    @Richard Schott, are you aware of any limitation with using Genesys Cloud for Chrome for FedRAMP?  If not, you probably need to go through Genesys Care to troubleshoot.
