This sounds like a browser extension issue rather than GCBA issue. Are you saying that the Chrome extension used to work for FedRAMP before GCBA is installed?
Another way to isolate the problem is to see if you can screen record just with running Genesys Cloud web app in browser & GCBA.
@Richard Schott, are you aware of any limitation with using Genesys Cloud for Chrome for FedRAMP? If not, you probably need to go through Genesys Care to troubleshoot.
