  • 1.  Screen Recording - Only record one screen if multiple present?

    This may seem counterintuitive, but is there a way to configure screen recording so only one agent screen is recorded even if they have multiple? I scoured the boards but didn't find anything, so I thought I'd ask the question directly. Thanks!

    Kind of what we had for the past 13 years until we got 4.  I like the idea and create one for you:  Allow option in Screen Recording for only | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
