Please, I need your help on the following issue,
I have installed the Purecloud desktop app so I can enable the screen recording but unfortunately, there is no screen recording occurred <g class="gr_ gr_443 gr-alert gr_tiny gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace" id="443" data-gr-id="443">i</g> have checked the console log for the call and I got the message "screen recording session failed" because of the timeout
