  • 1.  screen recording session failed

    Dear Guys, 

    Please, I need your help on the following issue, 
    I have installed the Purecloud desktop app so I can enable the screen recording but unfortunately, there is no screen recording occurred <g class="gr_ gr_443 gr-alert gr_tiny gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace" id="443" data-gr-id="443">i</g> have checked the console log for the call and I got the message "screen recording session failed" because of the timeout 

    Attached the console log for the conversation 

    please advise,

    ​Have you checked the config.xml to make sure it is pointing to your IC Server? Also make sure that with the desktop installation you installed the screen recording option and that the ScreenCaptureClientU.exe is running as a task in the task manager. Also make sure you have a policy set recording the screens.

    ps. you might want to scrub your text file as it has a phone number to your client in there.

    hi Sheldon,

    I think yo was speaking about Pureconnect system please note my issue in <g class="gr_ gr_219 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="219" data-gr-id="219">Purecloud</g> system.
