Screen Recordings stopped working with PC replacement, all other hardware the same.

    Hi Genesys Cloud Community -  
    Has anyone else been experiencing lack of screenrecordings recently ?  We have large enterprise customer and 3 recent PC replacement, standard Thinkpad current models, retaining their previous Thinkpad docks , cords, and dual monitors, since have stopped recording Screens on all interactions.  If they disconnect Dock, Screens record using laptop only -   and also screen records both laptop screen and with one Externally HDMI connected monitor.  Genesys cloud desktop is current release.
    Logs are showing ; 

    message:"No non-zero length recordings available. Putting recording in error state.",

     

    message:"Recording has completed with status Error. Cleaning up conference.",

     

    message:"Screen recording has no segments",

    Anyone else facing this ?  thanks !

    Solved:  We had a version of the Desktop - 2.2.602.0 that never updated .  If we checked for updates , it notified that "you're up to date" even tho it remained on this affected version . 

    we had to un-install this version and install a later which is now self updating .
