Hi Genesys Cloud Community -
Has anyone else been experiencing lack of screenrecordings recently ? We have large enterprise customer and 3 recent PC replacement, standard Thinkpad current models, retaining their previous Thinkpad docks , cords, and dual monitors, since have stopped recording Screens on all interactions. If they disconnect Dock, Screens record using laptop only - and also screen records both laptop screen and with one Externally HDMI connected monitor. Genesys cloud desktop is current release.
