Hardiass,
There isn't really a division permission, per say. There are just roles with permissions, Robert has provided the permissions an agent needs to view a script. When you add the out-of-box or custom role to the agents Roles profile, there is a Division column where you can determine which division the permission applies to. See the below screen capture.

Subject: Script Division Control.
Hi Team,
I just need to confirm which division's permissions are required for an agent to view a script.
In my current setup, I have a flow in TestDivision1 that is calling a script located in TestDivision2. The agent has permissions only for TestDivision2, but they are unable to view the script. It seems this is due to the lack of access to TestDivision1, where the flow resides.
Is there any alternative approach to allow the agent to view the script without assigning them to TestDivision1? I'd prefer to keep their access limited to TestDivision2 only.
Thanks.
