Hi
Our customer wants to save the recordings on a local storage (and remove them from the cloud). Is it possible to search and listen to the recordings that are saved on local storage.

Hey Anna, 

The main way I would do this is by exporting all interactions first to AWS, then downloading to local - deleting from AWS - You could then also do a bulk delete from Genesys. There are a number of other things you can do here, but this would be the best. To search, you would need to index them - though the folders for each interaction include the conversation ID. So, you could pull the interaction data also and store that, and map it to the file location.
