I am looking to search for the Queue ID for a queue using the Queue name. Where would I search this? ( I imagine it would be something like this for the expression: FindQueue("queue-name").id

    Hello,

I assume your question is for an Architect flow. Yes, to get the QueueID, the expression would be FindQueue("queue-name").id If you are not 100% sure the queue will exist, you may want to retrieve the Queue first (variable of type Queue) and check if something was found (NOT_SET if no queue was found with such name).

You can find more info on the FindQueue function in the Architect Expression Help.

Thanks for the reply. Apologies for my lack of understanding but how do I access the Architect Flow? (I am using Genesys Cloud Online) I only have a small number of Ques, so I know it exists

    Kind Regards, Gary

    Hello,

I am not sure I understand what you mean.

If you have access to a Genesys Cloud environment (using the Genesys Cloud Web Desktop to connect to it), and if the user licenses you have allow you to use Architect (Genesys Cloud 2 and Genesys Cloud 3), you should be able to see an "Architect" section, selecting the Admin view/page in the Genesys Cloud Desktop. This will open Architect webpage. If you have questions about configuration or capabilities, I'd suggest to use the Genesys Cloud Community Forum as this forum is for questions on development/API/SDKs. You can find info on Architect here and tutorial. There are also guides on managing Genesys Cloud here.

So to return a question, what are you trying to achieve? From where (web page, Genesys Cloud Desktop, ...)? To do what?

    Regards,

Thanks I got it sorted by your above method. Also will take note for future posts. Thanks for making me aware of that.

    Kind Regards, Gary
