  • 1.  Search for specific word in email subject line

    Is there a way in Genesys to search email interactions by a word that appears in the subject line?  Trying to avoid exporting the data to search it if possible.

    In your message flow, just use Contains(Email.Message.subject, "Hello There") to see if it exist and then route accordingly.

    This would be more from a QA standpoint if a supervisor needed to find an interaction that had already taken place.

    Then I would look at doing Topics and have a recording policy setup for Email.  They would be able to search by keyword over last 30 days, but topics can be searched as long as data is stored.
