  • 1.  Search Multiple calls at one time for Phrases

    Is there a way to search for example all of one agents calls for a certain phrase that they may be using. Whether it's searching transcription or voice can it be done? I don't see anything unless you search individual calls.

    Hello Julie, 

    As far as I know this isn't something thats supported...yet.

    I have found this idea and it looks like your requirement meet this idea. If not I would submit a separate idea for this enhanced feature.
